The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) – the government agency responsible for administering examinations for the purpose of licensing Filipino seafarers (www.prc.gov.ph) - announced that 707 out of 1,256 passed the Officer-In-Charge of a Navigational Watch Licensure Examination given by the Board for Marine Deck Officers in Manila and Cebu this July 5 & 6, 2014. Result was released on July 9, 2014.
